With over 27 years of experience in corporate marketing, including roles as Chief Marketing Officer, Director of Organizational Health, and strategic advisor, Michelle brings unmatched depth in branding, digital strategy, human connection, and psychology-driven marketing.
But Michelle’s story didn’t start with polished titles—it started with grit. She’s a cancer survivor, a mom, a proud MeeMaw, and a woman who walked away from the boardroom to build a business rooted in meaning, empathy, and soul.
Her mission? To help entrepreneurs and small businesses rise—using bold brand strategy, purposeful design, and marketing psychology to build brands that don’t just look good, but actually grow businesses.
With formal education in advertising and organizational psychology, Michelle understands both how brands are seen and how people think.
